SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– Police in Rapid City are asking for the public’s help in locating two people that they say are believed to be present at the time of a shooting that happened on September 2.

Rapid City Police say they’re looking to speak to 16-year-old Tyrell James Yellow Thunder of Rapid City and 20-year-old Loretta Elizabeth Bettelyoun of Rapid City.

They are both being sought for questioning about the shooting incident. The shooting left a male juvenile with serious, life-threatening injuries.
