SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A man is wanted for 1st degree attempted murder in Pennington County.

According to the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Facebook post on Friday, a felony arrest warrant has been issued for Jamys Joseph Flying Horse.

30-year-old Sioux Falls man faces kidnapping, rape charges

Flying Horse is 26 years old, Native American, 5’10” and 182 pounds.

He is known to be in or around Pennington County.
