In an announcement to ticket holders Thursday, the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center announced the concert would be canceled. The show in Sioux Falls, as well as, Des Moines, Lincoln and Milwaukee were postponed in October.
The Pink concert was going to be a celebration of the PREMIER Center being open for 10 years.
“Ticket holders will be refunded according to their point of purchase,” an email said.
In a post on X, the PREMIER Center said “We are heartbroken to say that our @Pink show originally scheduled for October 21st and then postponed is now cancelled. We know so many fans were looking forward to this show and celebration, and we apologize for any inconveniences caused by this news.”
On Instagram, Pink said her tour was 131 shows, 98 cities and 15 different countires.
“This show tested me in every way; my body, mind, and soul. It’s the most physically, mentally and spiritually ambitious show I’ve ever put on,” Pink said on Instagram. “Thank you to everyone who spent their nights with us; I’m sorry if I couldn’t make it to you this time.”
On Monday, PREMIER Center General Manager Mike Krewson told KELOLAND News officials were in contact with Live Nation, the entertainment company running the tour, about rescheduled dates.
In October, the pop star announced on Instagram she will be postponing her next four shows, including Sioux Falls.
