SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — One woman was arrested after police were called to a home for a reported overdose.

38-year-old Ashlee Vanarsdale is charged with 2 counts of possession. Court documents say officers were called to an eastern Sioux Falls home for an overdose on Thursday.

Teen sentenced to 20 years for fentanyl death

Investigators learned that a woman was taken to the hospital and was alive. Court documents say the woman told a detective that she and her boyfriend bought fentanyl from Vanarsdale.

In the documents, the woman says they went home where she then overdosed and woke up to officers and paramedics.
