SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Sioux Falls Police have made an arrest following an active shooting incident inside the Empire Mall Friday night.

SFPD: 2-3 shots fired, no injuries at Empire Mall

Authorities arrested 18-year-old Jaden Michael Justis Bingham on two counts of aggravated assault. Bingham is a Sioux Falls resident.

Bingham was booked into the Minnehaha County Jail and is being held on a $100,000 bond.

More information is expected to be released at Monday morning’s police briefing.
