SIOUX FALLSD S.D. (KELO) — Police have identified a man involved with one of the four weekend Sioux Falls shootings.
Two men fired weapons at a large group of people that left one man with a bullet that grazed his back. Police say it’s unknown if the men were fighting each other.

Kris Fulks Sr., 36, was charged with aggravated assault and reckless discharge of a firearm.
Fulks was arrested on a probable cause warrant for a different crime and is already housed at the Minnehaha County Jail. Police identified him from surveillance footage taken during the shooting.
Another warrant was issued for the other man involved, but police have not located him.
“This basically clears up the people responsible,” police spokesman Sam Clemens said. There are still no details to why the shooting occurred.
There were four shootings over the same weekend in Sioux Falls.
