SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A man with a history of sex trafficking in Wyoming admits to committing the same crime in South Dakota.

Kubica admits to giving the women alcohol, meth and fentanyl, and says he threatened to hurt them or their families if they refused to have sex with people or wouldn’t give him their money.

According to a plea agreement, federal prosecutors have agreed not to ask for more than 40 years in federal prison.

In Wyoming he’s wanted for violating probation. In that case, he pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution and endangering children.
