SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls child care worker is in the Minnehaha County jail accused of abusing four toddlers.

Chelsea Struss, 38, worked at a day care called NXTgen Kidz. Her photo is no longer included on the business’ website.

According to an affidavit, a coworker heard Struss yelling with “anger in her voice” on Tuesday during nap time.

…she entered the room and told the defendant to stop and that she could not be doing that, the defendant told her she was “overstimulated” and “had a lot going on.

Evidence in the case includes a 10 minute video. Court documents say Struss can be seen abusing four 1-year-olds.

When police interviewed Struss, she told them it wasn’t intentional and that she feels like a monster.

“I don’t belong working with kids, that’s how I honestly feel.”

Struss faces four counts of felony child abuse. Her first court hearing has not been scheduled.
