SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – According to the Davison County Sheriff’s office 28-year-old Juan Carlos Oballe Ixquiactap from Sioux Falls was found dead Saturday at 5:50 p.m. in the James River. Officials say someone passing by spotted him in the water as officials confirmed his identity and believe he drowned. Authorities say he was reported missing Friday around 4:15 p.m. after he and friends stopped to go swimming.
