SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Evacuation preparations have started south of Country View and Green Acres near Hot Springs, as a wildfire rages.

Substantial first responder presence is at the sight and officials are advising the public to avoid the areas.

Officials have not issued any evacuation orders yet, but advise people to be prepared in the case an evacuation is deemed necessary.
