SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Chancellor man is accused of sex trafficking a child and making child pornography.

Missing Pine Ridge woman’s remains found

According to federal court documents, 38-year-old Marquis Jordan is accused of committing the crimes between June 16, 2024, and June 24, 2024. The documents do not include the victim’s age, only that it’s a minor under the age of 18.

The Department of Corrections’ website says Jordan is currently on parole for drugs and eluding law enforcement. Online court records say he has a lengthy criminal history.
