SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A stretch of Interstate 90 in Rapid City is back open to traffic Sunday morning following a semi-truck crash.  

It happened last night near the North Lacrosse Street exit.  

Both lanes of traffic were shut down while crews worked the scene.  

The off-ramp remained closed Sunday morning.
