SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — Sioux Falls police are investigating an assault that sent a victim to the hospital.

Officers responded to the 800 block of East 8th Street Saturday night where they found a male suffering from a head injury. At this point, we don’t know his condition.

Police blocked-off several intersections in the area while they worked the scene.
