Summit League unveils women’s basketball bracket

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The Summit League regular season concluded Saturday and the conference unveiled their postseason bracket for women’s basketball.

SDSU is the top seed once again, claiming their 11th regular season crown. The Jackrabbits completed their third straight season without losing to a conference foe.

THE BRACKET

The top-seeded Jackrabbits will play the second game of the quarterfinals on Thursday, March 6. Their game will begin 25 minutes after the 12 p.m. contest, sometime around 2:30 p.m.

USD will be the seven seed in the tournament, following a loss against Denver. The Coyotes will play Oral Roberts on Thursday at 12 p.m.

Friday’s action will pit 3-seed NDSU against Kansas City. That game will follow the first contest Friday between St. Thomas and North Dakota.

The first game of the overall tournament will be Wednesday afternoon between No. 8 Omaha and No. 9 Denver.
