SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Wyoming man – suspected of raping a child in South Dakota – is now accused in federal court.

40-year-old Richard Gray is charged with bringing a minor across state lines with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity

He has also been charged with several crimes in Pennington County, including raping someone under the age of 13 and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Court documents say the federal crime occurred in 2021.
