Two family members were rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard after their 57-foot vessel, Turn Me Loose, began sinking 34 miles off the coast of Virginia Beach. Thanks to an emergency beacon and a rapid multi-agency response, the father and son were safely rescued. The agency did not say whether weather conditions played a role in the sinking.
