SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A local center for performing arts had a dramatic start to the weekend.
According to a post on Facebook, the Pipestone Performing Arts Center was struck by a vehicle around 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. Saturday morning. The vehicle hit the north side of the Ferris Grand Building in downtown Pipestone, which houses the performing arts center.

The metal doors that were struck by the vehicle were installed 2 weeks ago, funded by a grant from the Pipestone Area Community Foundation.
